Dailymotion.com has it all. I haven't fully tested the downloader aspect of the site but the direct link [prtion is awesome. It has movies and it has videos. Most movie links will be to hulu type site but this can be a good thing. Like when I type in the search for videos, Blues, I get among things a link to the movie Blues Brothers 2000 in High Def.
Check back soon and I will update the download program and review it. Until then, if you do not want to risk it, don't use it and wait for my report in a couple days.

current movies online viewing
this site has movies that are currently at most of your download sites and are playing in theater. In most cases the quality is lower that a true dvd rip but you can still wath the movie. The way the site is set up allows you to watch a high quality trailer but at the bottom are the links to the movie. in most cases the quality will be shown under the link. sports one good site more to come
You are gonna find a lot of live sports events have average quality because there are very few places you can stream what you are watching. Justin.tv and Ustream.tv are the 2 most popular but many of streams are password protected. This site give the link with the password available in view somewhere on the page. wait for the ads to show and x or close ad box before you close the ads for full picture view. All sports are here and they are not delayed except for one or 2 sec delays. I HAVEN'T MISSED A CANUCKS GAME YET

lots of tv from every country with wide variety of stations
Very good quality in the future I will have a section for this site with direct links to make it easier for you but I need to know what you want.

this one caught my attention each country channel list about all the channels that do not work are listed and kept upto date fairly well. But more importantly than that is the organization of the site. Not only are channels listed by country but also by type of channels from childrens tv to sports(lots of channels) with about 6 English Movie channels. This makes is a much better site than many than only organize by country
I will probably dedicate a sticky thread on my website so I can test channels and use direct links from there
